Download Latest Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3)

Microsoft support for Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (SP2) was ended on July 13, 2010 and you won’t get latest security updates for windows anymore. Just to refresh your memory, the support for Windows Vista without any service packs had also ended on April 13, 2010.
How to check which service pack is currently installed on your PC?
1) Right-click My Computer icon and press Properties as shown below.
2) Check the Service Pack version. If it shows Service Pack 2, then you better upgrade to Windows Service Pack 3 (SP3).
Latest Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3)
Windows Service Pack 3 is the latest service pack that will fix all bugs and security holes founded in Windows XP. Some new enhancements and features are added to provide better security protection to your PC. Windows XP SP3 will include updates for both Internet Explorer 6 and Internet Explorer 7.
Requirement to use Windows XP Service Pack 3
Please remember that Windows SP3 can only be used on 32-bit version Windows operating system such as Windows XP Home, Windows XP Professional, Tablet PC and Media Center. Other than that, you need to make sure that Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) or Windows XP Service Pack 1a (SP1a) is preinstalled on your computer.
